Winnebago CUSD #323 has adopted an extra-curricular drug testing policy for extra-curricular activities for students in grades 9-12 to both:
1. Ensure that our students who participate in extra-curricular activities do so in as safe and healthy an atmosphere as possible.
On January 30, 2014, a team from the University of Illinois performed a site visit to evaluate the WHS Project Lead the Way (PLTW) engineering program. The day long visit, included interviewing students, instructors, counselors, administrators, Community Partnership Team (CPT) members, and parents of students in the program.
At our school, bullying of any kind, by any person, is unacceptable. All students should be free from worries about being bullied. Students who bully others must be taught other, appropriate ways of interacting with peers.
Family and Adult Activity passes are available to purchase in the Winnebago High School Office.
Family Passes: $120
Adult Passes: $50

As a requirement of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) resulting from House Bill 200, Winnebago High School has implemented the attached protocol to be enforced following a student athlete suffering a concussion while participating in school sponsored athletic activities.
