Joe and Janet Erb have been named Co-Coaches of the Year by their peers for Class A Girl’s Cross Country.

Joseph Erb has been coaching in the district 11 years. Joe and Janet Erb took over as head coaches in 2000. Joe ran cross country and track for Winnebago High School and then went on to run for Augustana College. He currently teaches Middle School Social Studies at the sixth grade level.

Janet Erb has been coaching in the district for nine years. Joe and Janet Erb took over as head coaches in 2000. Janet ran cross country for Winnebago and helped lead her team to two state titles in 1993 and 1994. She then went on to run cross country and track for UW-Oshkosh. Janet teaches high school math in the district.
