Third Graders moving up to McNair Elementary

Free and Reduced lunch applications now available

Free and reduced lunch applications are now available to download or to pick up at the District office. If you believe you may qualify for free or reduced status, fill out the form and return in to the District office. 

Mail-in registration packets still being accepted

Winnebago CUSD #323 deadline for mail-in registration for the 2010-11 school year was July 19, 2010. There is a late charge of $25 for payments received after July 19. Registration forms and payments can still be mailed or returned to the locked drop box located outside Jean McNair Elementary School. Please include the $25 late fee in your registration fee.

2010-11 Registration Information

The Winnebago School District sent mail-in registration paperwork home prior to the end of the year for all students and families who already attend Winnebago schools. 

New Family and Student Registration August 11

Registration for new students and families will be held in each building office on Wed., Aug. 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are unable to register your children for next school year at the new student registration, please contact the school office to make an appointment to register.

2010-2011 Transportation Request Form

If you are a current student or new to the district, you will need to fill out the 2010-2011 Transportation Form for each child. The Transportation department will mail out route information prior to the start of school. If after you receive your route information and still have questions please contact the Transportation department at 815.335.2903

Lost or Misplaced Registration Packets

The district suggests doing a thorough search to find your lost packet before asking for a replacement. It takes time and resources to put together packets containing all information including student-specific information for parents to fill out and return.

"Full" School Physical Information

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) requires Illinois students to receive a "full" physical exam within one year of entering any pre-Kindergarten/Early Childhood program, Kindergarten, sixth and ninth grades.
