Application Form for Waiver of Registration Fees

The application process for fee waivers will be separate from the federal lunch free/reduced program. Please use the Application Form for Waiver of Fees. All families, including those who automatically qualify, must submit one form per family to qualify for a fee waiver.

Online Registration Now Open

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Winnebago School District #323 is very excited to share that the enrollment process for the 2019-20 school year is underway with Online Registration. Online Registration will be open to parents/guardians beginning on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Please follow all instructions carefully. This process is for information gathering only. Fees will not be collected until after July 1, 2019. Watch for further communication on the fee structure and fee payment process.

Winnebago Biometric Information Collection Form

The District collects biometric information from its students only for identification and/or fraud prevention purposes. Biometric information includes any information collected through an identification process for individuals based on their unique behavioral or physiological characteristics, including fingerprint, hand geometry, voice, or facial recognition or iris or retinal scans. The School Code requires written permission from the individual who has legal custody of the student or from the student if he or she has reached the age of 18 to collect biometric information from students.
