Online Registration Instructions

Start by logging on to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

Then:

  • Click on: Online Registration
  • Select 2020-2021 school year and click on: Begin Registration
  • Sign your name to attest you are the authorized person to complete the registration process.
  • Read the Welcome Page, scroll to the bottom, and click on: Begin
  • Verify the pre-populated information and click on: Next or Save/Continue
  • Once all of the forms have been completed, click Submit - Failing to do this will result in an incomplete registration application - Note: You can stop in the middle of the process and return to it at a later time and not have to start over.
  • Please remember to visit E Funds for Schools to pay your student fees after you have submitted the registration forms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I do not have an Infinite Campus Account?

A: Please email helpdesk@winnebagoschools.org and an activation code will be emailed to you. 

Q: What if I forget my Infinite Campus Parent Portal login or password?

A: If you do not remember your username or password, please use the links below the login area to reset it.

Q: How will I know if the school has received my student’s Online Registration Application?

A: Notification will be sent by the School District Office or the School Office.

Q: What if I do not finish my Online Registration Application?

A: Parent/Guardian(s) who do not submit an Online Registration for their student(s) will not be considered registered - students will not be placed on a class list or given a class schedule.

Q: Once I submit my Online Registration Application is my student considered registered?

A: No, your student is NOT considered registered until you receive an Online Registration Application Approval Notification via email (if applicable) or contacted by the School District Office or School Office.

Technicians are in district Monday through Thursday and will respond within 1 business day to any emails sent.
