EETT Grant

The Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) grant, is helping to create 21st century classrooms both with equipment and professional development through researched based, data driven technologies infused into curriculum and instruction. Providing the yearly benchmarks are achieved, Winnebago CUSD will be the beneficiary of $670,000 in federal funding from 2009-12. Coupled with other resources, 65 high school, middle school, and elementary classrooms have already been equipped with interactive white boards, laptops for teachers, mounted projectors, and document cameras. During this period of strained local resources, EETT funds have also helped to increase computer workstations for students by approximately 50% to approximately 1,300 stations.
