The Winnebago School District met with the Illinois State Board of Education regarding the opportunity to participate in the USDA Free Lunch For All Program during the Covid pandemic.
Winnebago School District follows all meal pattern and nutrition standards requirements indicated by the USDA for breakfast and lunch. Free or reduced price meals are available for qualifying students. For an application, contact the district office or the main office at your student’s school building.
Please Note: If you have received a fee waiver it DOES NOT cover lunches. A separate application for free/reduced meals must be submitted.
Winnebago CUSD #323 serves breakfast in all the school cafeterias. Cost for the prepackaged breakfast is $1.75, $.30 for reduced and free for those that qualify.
