Winnebago CUSD #323 is proud to be the center of the Winnebago community. Throughout the history of our school district, the community has forged a strong relationship with our schools and its activities. Our students and staff our grateful for the support.

Our buildings are truly part of the community and we have programs that welcome residents to use the facilities and attend our programs.

Volunteering is also a partnership between Winnebago CUSD #323 and our residents. For information on volunteering contact any of our education centers.

PTO Meeting dates, Minutes and Agendas

The Winnebago PTO invites all parents/guardians and teachers of students in Early Childhood to fifth grade to attend monthly meetings. The first meeting is in September. Agendas for meetings are sent home with students in advance and will note the meeting location and time.

Winnebago PTO purpose is to provide opportunities, which enhance the growth of each child and bring about a closer relationship between home and school. Through fundraising and family activities, we promote positive school/community relationships that enhance our children’s educational environment.

Volunteer your time with the PTO

Volunteers connect our community with our schools, and there are so many opportunities to get involved. Along with attending PTO meetings, being on a sub-committee for an event, or working on a fundraiser, there are other volunteer opportunities that may fit into your schedule.

Window Decal Information

 Window Decals are available through the Fan's Club. Please use the attached form.

 

Public Use of Winnebago CUSD Facilities

District facilities are available for use by the public to host a multitude of different functions.  Non-school related organizations must fill out a form to use District facilities.

Winnebago Music Boosters supports the choral and band programs

Winnebago Music Boosters is an organization of anyone wishing to support and work for the promotion of the choral and band programs for  the Winnebago CUSD #323.

Winnebago Fans’ Club Lottery information

Have you seen the sign up at Winnebago Snyder’s Pharmacy with a list of people that have won money from the Winnebago Fans’ Club Lottery? The Lottery is a part of the Winnebago Fans Association. The Lottery sells 300 tickets annually and, after paying all the winners, gives the proceeds to the Fans’ Club.

Winnebago Fans Association promotes and supports educational, athletic, and social activities

Fan's Club invites anyone- past, present, or future parents, staff or coaches to join us. The Fan's Club meets on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the cafetorium or teacher’s room at the high school. Meetings last about an hour. The dues are only $2.00 per year.
